Art Equipment
This page is for students currenttly enrolled and attending art courses in the current semester that fall under the category of a photography course, digital art, graphic design, etc.
Step 1 – Loaner Agreement (Required for All Students)
All students must complete this form before borrowing *any* equipment.
Note: If you are borrowing cameras or tripods, you only need to complete Step 1. These items will be distributed by your instructor in class.
Step 2 – Laptop/Other Equipment Request
If you need a laptop or other non-camera equipment, submit a request form after completing the agreement.
Step 3 – Wait for Approval
Your instructor will review your request. You’ll get an email once it’s approved or denied, and you can also check the status online.
Step 4 – Head to the Art Office for Pick-Up
Once your request is approved, you may go to the Art Office to check out a laptop (first-come, first-served). For the first two weeks after students are allowed to start requesting equipment, the office hours should be as provided on this Art office page, after the first two weeks, hours are likely to change if you would like to setup a time to pick up equipment you can contact as the link below.

Step 5 – Adobe Creative Cloud (Laptops Only)
