Reading Coaching

Reading Coaching provides students with personalized support to strengthen their reading skills. Coaches work with students on their course reading, helping them identify strengths and challenges. They share strategies for tackling challenging texts, offer time management techniques specific to reading tasks, support vocabulary development, and guide students in problem-solving approaches for future readings. If you need help scheduling with a Reading Coach, please reach out to us at [email protected].

English Language Learner Tutoring

English Language Learner (ELL) tutors work with students to help them learn and develop English language skills, such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students whose first language is not English can schedule appointments to meet with an ELL tutor in person at the Providence campus, Newport campus, or online. For questions or assistance with scheduling an appointment, please visit your campus Tutoring Center or email [email protected].
