How much does the trip cost?
The cost is $20 per student, payable by cash or check at the Knight Art Office (Room 4058) or Flanagan Art Office (Room 1522) during registration.
When does registration open and close?
Registration is open from Monday, October 6, through Thursday, October 23, 2025, or until all seats are filled.
Who can attend the trip?
The trip is open to currently enrolled Art students and AFA majors. Seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I register and pay?
Register in person at one of the two Art Office locations listed above. You’ll complete a short form and submit your $20 payment to secure your seat.
Can I get a refund if I can't go?
Sorry — bus trip payments are non-refundable. Once you’ve purchased a ticket, it can’t be refunded. If something comes up and you can’t attend, let the Art Office know as soon as possible.
Can I pay online?
At this time, payments are accepted in person only (cash or check).
