Blackboard has updated the system navigation and course building tools with a new streamlined interface called Learn Ultra (Ultra).  Blackboard Ultra is your go-to for online and hybrid learning.

  1. Browser Checker

  2. Logging into Blackboard - Blackboard account usernames and passwords are the same as your MyCCRI username and password. Questions about logging in to Blackboard. Also, you can contact Help Desk at 401-825-1112, [email protected] or the Help Desk Portal.
  3. Making a Course Available - On the Course Card, choose the three ellipses in the right-hand corner. Choose Course Settings.  Under Course Status, click Open.
