Gia is an accomplished, Suzuki trained classical pianist and violinist. She is a multi-faceted
orchestral, solo and chamber musician, playing in various ensembles and string quartets
on violin.
Dr. Bailey Paugh is an Assistant Professor of Music at the Community College of Rhode
Island where she teaches trumpet and other brass instruments, music theory, and music
appreciation.
Angelica has a degree in Vocal Performance from Northwestern University in Evanston,
IL. She has taught voice lessons for 20 years around the country and overseas.
Nicholas Schleyer is a versatile and experienced trumpeter and educator based in Providence,
RI. As an educator, he is on faculty at the Community College of Rhode Island teaching
trumpet.
Joe Grilli is a highly skilled professional electric and upright bassist with more
than 15 years of experience in the Rhode Island music scene and a native of the State.
Céili Connors is a Boston-based performer and teacher, actively performing both as
a soloist and chamber musician. She is dedicated to helping her students excel through
both conventional and inventive teaching methods.
The CCRI Performing Arts Department includes the theater and music programs. Students
have the opportunity to earn an Associate of Fine Arts degree in theatre, technical
theatre, music or jazz studies.
