Kevin Olson is Adjunct Faculty in the Performing Arts Department. Most recently he
has taught Acting 1 and Introduction to Theatre as well as directing CCRI's recent
productions of "Water By The Spoonful" and "The Shadow Box." He also teaches as Part-Time
Faculty in the Communication Studies and Theatre Departments at the University of
Rhode Island and in the Theatre, Dance, and Film Department at Providence College.
Kevin founded and is the Artistic Director of First Hand Theatrical where he produces
and directs original plays based on family and cultural oral histories. His most recent
plays are being re-mounted in Chicago to be recorded and presented online.
