Faculty Handbook

The Faculty Handbook is designed to provide faculty members with information about the institution in general; teaching and classroom resource; student services; as well as academic policies and procedures. It is intended for use as a guide. It makes no claim to be inclusive, focusing instead on matters most directly related to assist faculty with work related to teaching and learning. Your department chair will be your main source of information about course content, obtaining supplies, departmental policies, and professional evaluation.

Whether you are a new faculty member, a senior faculty member, or somewhere in between, I hope you will find this handbook useful in your work at the Community College of Rhode Island.
