Faculty Partnerships

Career Services seeks to engage students through faculty partnerships. Please see below for opportunities to connect and partner with Career Services.

Virtual and In-person Classroom Visits

Career Services welcomes the opportunity to visit your class in-person or virtually. We will tailor a career-related workshop or presentation based upon your needs. Some of our popular topics include resume and cover letter construction, deciding on a major, interview preparation, and job/internship search assistance. We are also able to develop a workshop that aligns with your subject area. If interested in having employers visit your class please reach out to us. As much advanced notice is appreciated to accommodate your request.

Embedding Career Services Into the Curriculum

Career Services seeks to prepare students for entry into the workforce or continuing education. Career Services encourages faculty to embed career assignments into the courses they teach. Our videos offer a great opportunity to introduce Career Services to your students and as a way to develop assignment topics. Please see assignment examples in the links below. Or, contact a staff member if you need assistance in creating an appropriate assignment.
