Strategic Planning 2022–25
I am pleased to announce that CCRI will launch a strategic planning process that will result in the development of our 2022–25 Strategic Plan. This plan will guide us over the next three years, building on our accomplishments while ensuring we are well poised for continued improvement in the years to come.
Developing this plan is essential for several reasons. First and foremost, it will provide direction for the future and clearly outline our priorities in providing a quality educational experience to our students. It’ll also serve as a declaration of the principles we stand on and the vision and mission that guide our great institution. In addition, the plan will be our statement of accountability and provide a road map to continue our progress in achieving our goals and objectives. Through this process, we will work together to incorporate our shared commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion that we know strengthens our work.
Our Vice President for Finance and Strategy, Kristen Albritton, will lead this work in partnership with faculty and staff groups across the college. Over the coming months, there will be multiple opportunities for you to engage in conversation and provide input that will be used to shape this plan. I encourage you to join this important process to help identify key goals and strategies that will be critical in mapping the direction of our institution for the next three years.
This is an exciting and important opportunity to come together as a college community. Together, we can build upon the significant work we have already achieved in service to our students and our college to establish a common vision of where we want to go.
Regular updates will be shared throughout this entire process at CCRI.edu/StratPlan and we encourage you to check-in regularly. On this page we will be sharing meeting dates, links to virtually participate in open forums, organized feedback from meetings, and other updates as we move through the process.
Thank you for helping the college chart its strategic course.
Sincerely,
Meghan Hughes
