Strategic Planning 2022–25

The strategic planning process is underway and will result in the development of our Strategic Plan 2022–25. Through staff and faculty engagement, we aim to foster an open and inclusive process that includes diversity of thought and experiences. If you would like to be involved, here are some opportunities to provide input to inform the Strategic Plan 2022–25.  

One CCRI/Professional Development Day Presentation
Kristen Albritton and Liz Giordano presented to staff and faculty on One CCRI/Professional Development Day about the strategic planning process and takeaways. In addition, a panel of colleagues shared their experiences on to the Strategic Plan in Action including successes and challenges related to our work.

Group presentations
Are you part of a group at the college or department level that would like to learn more about the strategic planning process and takeaways, or provide feedback? If so, please contact Liz Giordano to schedule time for her to present and engage with your team.
