Oncology Massage
In a competitive selection process, Regina Cobb was one of the top applicants selected to begin the first Oncology Massage Program at the Boston Medical Center (BMC) and Family Medicine. Boston Medical Center is a large inner-city hospital that serves a diverse and underserved population. Cancer care at Boston Medical Center is a comprehensive and centralized service expressly designed for high quality care, comfort, and privacy. Boston Medical Center is known to be among the best, most advanced, and most integrative cancer care facility in all of New England. Regina received her certificate in Oncology Massage after successfully completing 50 hours of training during the summer of 2011. With the knowledge and skills gained at the center, Regina is preparing to bring this information to Massage Therapists and Health Care Workers of Rhode Island.
