The Rhode Island Guarantee is a partnership agreement between the Community College of Rhode Island and participating independent colleges and universities in the state. Students interested in transferring to a participating independent institution can now take advantage of this option for a seamless transfer of credits.

1) An associate degree from the Community College of Rhode Island
2) A GPA of 2.0, 2.4 or 3.0 (guaranteed admission based on GPA varies by college)

Transfer Policies:
- Complete MATH 1200 prior to enrollment or MATH 2141 for Science majors,
- Pathways exist for Business, Biology, and Communication.
- International Business and Data Science programs not included in the RI Guarantee at Bryant University.
- Courses over 5 years may not transfer if they pertain to a student's major.

(401) 254-3500 - Financial Aid and/or Scholarships: Transfer students are eligible for all merit scholarship opportunities as well as need-based financial aid as assessed by the FAFSA. Scholarships for the 2021 enrollment cycle ranged between $10,000 and $23,000 annually, renewable for up to four years of full-time, undergraduate enrollment. Transfer students in the PTK Honors organization are eligible for additional grant aid. All institutional aid is guaranteed for the entire time that undergraduate students are enrolled full-time and consecutively in pursuit of a bachelor's degree.
