PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS TO COMPLETE THE INTENT TO GRADUATE PROCESS FROM
MyCCRI:
Access your MyCCRI Account directly at myccri.ccri.edu.
Once logged in to your MyCCRI Account, please follow these 6 steps:
- Click on the "For Graduation" tab
(This tab will only display for students that have completed, or are projected to
complete, their full degree requirements for the current term. For example, in order
for a student to be eligible to graduate in the current Spring term, all requirements
need to be fulfilled by the end of that semester, or they must be within 6 credits
of completing and complete those 6 credits (or less) during the upcoming Summer term.)
- Click the "Intent to Graduate" link
- Select the term in which your degree requirements are complete
- Click Submit
- Complete/Verify the application data
You must complete all the starred (required) elements
- Click Submit
At this point your completed application should display on the screen.
PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO PRINT A COPY OF YOUR INTENT TO GRADUATE FORM:
- Click "File" on the Menu Bar
- Select Print from the menu
- Click the Print button (Internet Explorer) or the OK button (Firefox) in the window
that displays
- Retrieve your printout
PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO RUN AND PRINT A DEGREE EVALUATION FROM MyCCRI:
From the "For Graduation" tab, please follow these 7 steps:
- Click on the "Degree Evaluation" link
- Select the most-current term available
- Click Submit
- You will now see your Curriculum Information page. Click Generate New.
(If the program showing is NOT your current program of study, report this to the Office
of Enrollment Services.)
- Click in the Radio button next to your program and click "Generate Request"
- Once the evaluation has run, select "Detail Requirements"
- Click Submit
At this point your Degree Evaluation should be displayed on the screen.
PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO PRINT A COPY OF YOUR INTENT TO GRADUATE FORM:
- Click "File" on the Menu Bar
- Select Page Setup from the menu (Change to landscape orientation, and click OK)
- Click "File" again
- Select Print from the menu
- Click the Print button (Internet Explorer) or the OK button (Firefox) in the window
that displays
- Retrieve your printout
