E-mail on your Mac

If you currently access your CCRI e-mail using Outlook on your Mac, you may need to remove it from Outlook and add it back. Since your CCRI e-mail is stored on the server, your messages will automatically return to your device.

Remove CCRI e-mail from Microsoft Outlook


1. Open Outlook on the Mac.

2. Click on Outlook in the upper left corner and then Preferences.
Select Preferences

3. Click on Accounts in the Personal Settings row.

4. Select your e-mail account from the list on the left hand side and click on the minus button at the bottom screen.


5. Click on Delete to delete the account. You may then exit Outlook.

Add CCRI e-mail to your device


1. Open Outlook on the Mac.

2. Click on Outlook in the upper left corner and then Preferences.

3. Click on Accounts in the Personal Settings row.

4. Click on Add Email Account.

5. Enter your CCRI e-mail account and click Continue.

6. Enter your CCRI username and password in the CCRI login screen. Click Sign In.
