E-mail on your iOS device

If your CCRI e-mail is currently configured on your device, you may need to remove it from the device and add it back. Since your CCRI e-mail is stored on the server, your messages will automatically return to your device.

Remove CCRI e-mail from your device



1. Tap the Settings button on the Home screen.
Click on Settings on the Home Screen

2. Tap Passwords & Accounts and select your CCRI e-mail under Accounts section on the right hand side.

3. Tap the red Delete Account option at the bottom of the screen and click on delete when prompted.

Add CCRI e-mail to your device



1. Go to the App Store from your iOS device by tapping this:
2. Tap Open to open the App Store.

3. Tap GET to download the app.
Tap to Get App

4. Tap Install to install the app.
Tap to Install app

5. Tap OPEN to open the app.
Add Account to Outlook

6. Type in your CCRI e-mail account and tap Add Account.

7. Enter your CCRI username and password in the CCRI login screen. Tap Sign In.
