Goal: Create a learning platform that will help enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies. Build resources to enhance our professional development offerings, ability to create equitable opportunities, build inclusive environments, and leverage the power of our diverse workforce
Structure: Provide facilitated, interactive and self-pace learnings focused on DEI concepts and topics, and offer professional development opportunities that focus on various topics
Key Focus Areas:
- Leadership - key topics for effective management
- All colleagues – Resource of topics that will help with building interpersonal and competencies, to effectively contribute to an inclusive learning environment
New Hires – Dedicated training sessions that will help build capabilities and competencies as a leader and/or individual contributor
