CCRI Men's Basketball

Warwick, R.I. – February 21, 2019: The CCRI Knights men's basketball team has moved to No. 6 on the NJCAA Division III national rankings. This is the highest ranking for the CCRI men's basketball program of the season and an improvement of last week's No. 7 ranking.

The Knights are 26-3 overall and 23-2 in Region XXI play. The week started off on a high note as the Knights dispatched then ranked No. 4 Bristol Community College 89-85. This was quickly followed by a convincing 113-60 victory over Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology. The week of action was capped by a 100-78 win over Roxbury Community College.

This is the program's highest ranking since the 2012 season where they reached as high as No. 3 in the nation and finished as runner-up's in the National Tournament.
