High school juniors and seniors will learn about exciting careers in the sciences, technology and the health fields; meet CCRI instructors and participate in hands-on labs.
STEM Academic & Career Exploration Day
Friday, March 21st 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
High school juniors will participate in three hands-on lab sessions in science, technology, engineering, math, business and the health sciences. Each school will be limited to 20 high school juniors.

A Muddy Mystery: A Whodunit Case to Discover the Cause of a Declining Salt Marsh |
Students will learn about the ecological and economic importance of salt marsh ecosystems and work together to solve a mystery of what caused a salt marsh to decline. Was it human activity, climate change, biodiversity loss, or invasive species? |
