This program prepares learners for entry-level roles in the banking industry, equipping them with essential knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in customer-facing and administrative positions. Training covers workplace communications, customer service, financial records, and data and records management. Participants will also explore career advancement options through stackable pathways into CCRI’s Business Certificate and Degree programs.

Program Information

  • When: November 3, 2025, Evenings

  • Where: CCRI Knight Campus, 400 East Ave., Warwick, RI

  • This 15-week, part-time hybrid program includes employment assistance to help graduates launch their careers in banking.

  • GED or high school diploma is required. Must be a Rhode Island resident.

*All participants will need to have access to a computer, webcam, internet and a basic calculator – equipment will not be provided.

CCRI does NOT conduct credit checks as a requirement for entrance to this program, but most jobs in the financial services industry require them. Past issues like defaulting on a loan could prevent a candidate from receiving an offer of employment.
