Appeal Process
Students with disabilities who believe their accommodation request was unfairly denied,
improperly evaluated, or not correctly implemented have the right to file an appeal
with the Director of DAS.

Fundamental Alteration Committee
If a faculty member believes that an accommodation may fundamentally alter the essential
requirements of a course or program, they must consult with DAS and/or the Fundamental
Alteration Committee to determine appropriate actions.
