Looking to boost your study skills, manage your time better, or get tips for college success? Student Lingo is a free online platform with a wide range of interactive, on-demand workshops designed just for college students.
With over 50 workshops available 24/7, you can learn at your own pace on topics like academic success, career planning, stress management, and more. Each workshop includes helpful activities, extra resources, and a certificate of completion.
Access is completely free for all CCRI students. Just create a username and password the first time you log in—then you’re all set!

HESI A-2 Exam Preparation - Consultations with an Academic Coach
Prepare for the HESI A-2 with guidance through one-on-one consultation sessions with the Tutoring Center's academic coaches. During these sessions, your coach will work with you to develop a tailored study plan, establish an effective schedule, and provide targeted resources and strategies to enhance your readiness. Purdue's Online Writing Lab (OWL)
Vocabulary.com: A website that offers the opportunity to browse a variety of lists of various vocabulary words but also create and load your own lists to teach and test yourself in comprehension and spelling.
VARK: A questionnaire that provides users with a profile of their learning style preferences. These preferences are about the ways that they want to take-in and give-out information whilst learning.
