Marketing and Communications Services

All requests are subject to approval and must abide by the College’s graphic standards. Some projects may be moved or delayed due to other urgent, high priority requests. We will inform the requestor if such delays are necessary.

We cannot guarantee that a request submitted later than the recommended timeline will be completed by the need-by date.

Please note that the end of the Spring semester (April and May) is the busiest time of the year and requests for services during that time frame should be made well in advance to ensure completion.

Planning an event and need multiple services?

Minimum 1-2 weeks prior

If you have a flyer or other digital content that just needs a simple update (changing dates, URLs, etc.), please attach your current pieces and explain in detail the changes you need. Do NOT make the edits yourself.

Please include the following in your request:

  • Did you attach the content to this email?:
  • Explain in a bulleted list the edits that need to be made::

You will receive a draft to review for accuracy and approval.

Minimum 3-4 months prior (visit the Purchasing website for state purchasing rules)

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Department:
  • Did you verify that there are funds in your budget for this purchase?:
  • What are you looking to purchase? Quantity? (typically 250, 500, 1000):
  • Did you attach a word document containing the unformatted content for your request?:
  • Did you verify that all information and spelling is correct in your content?:

Marketing will follow up with quotes and pricing for your order. Then, you will enter a requisition for your purchase as Marketing works on designing the piece. You will receive a draft to review for accuracy and approval. Once a PO is issued, Marketing can send the artwork to the vendor.

Please note, if changes are required after approved pieces are sent to the printer, you will incur a fee. Requesting a rush on production will also incur a fee.

The most common items purchased are lanyards (3/8" or 1"), stickers, notepads (with or without pen) and pens. If you are looking for something particular, please provide us with links to several options.

  • List all items you are looking to purchase with as much detail as possible (sizes, colors, quantity, etc.)
