In addition to managing CRM platforms, the unit provides integration and technical support across interconnected systems such as the MyCCRI portal (Ellucian Experience), Ellucian Insights, learning management systems (LMS), academic advising tools, and student services applications. Working collaboratively with IT Enterprise DevOps and Online Learning, the team ensures accurate and complete data feeds into the LMS, refining and structuring information to maintain the LMS hierarchy and support seamless student experiences.
