Customer Relationship Management Systems

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems and Applications unit plays a vital role in advancing digital engagement and supporting the full student lifecycle. The team manages and optimizes key CRM platforms—including Element 451, Civitas, Degree Works, and other student-facing tools—to enable personalized communication, engagement, and support. Also, the unit supports strategic AI deployments and provides cross-functional Banner subject matter expertise related to student success, enrollment, and retention.

In addition to managing CRM platforms, the unit provides integration and technical support across interconnected systems such as the MyCCRI portal (Ellucian Experience), Ellucian Insights, learning management systems (LMS), academic advising tools, and student services applications. Working collaboratively with IT Enterprise DevOps and Online Learning, the team ensures accurate and complete data feeds into the LMS, refining and structuring information to maintain the LMS hierarchy and support seamless student experiences. By delivering secure, scalable, and data-informed solutions, the CRM Systems unit enhances recruitment, retention, academic planning, and student success—supporting a personalized and proactive approach to education.
