IT Enterprise Leadership 

Provides strategic leadership and direction across enterprise-wide IT operations, including the oversight of technical teams, complex project delivery, and enterprise systems integration. Leads high-impact initiatives involving cloud-based, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructure—including data centers, security frameworks, and digital transformation efforts—with a strong emphasis on alignment with institutional goals. Manages enterprise software contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships while administering high-level system permissions, escalation protocols, and emergency change management.

Champions the integration of next generation technologies including artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to enhance analytics, operational efficiency, and end-user experiences. Develops and executes strategic technology roadmaps that support data-informed decision-making and continuous service improvement. Cultivates a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on innovation, reliability, and excellence in IT enterprise service delivery.

Office of the Executive Director

The Office of the Executive Director supports the strategic vision and operational leadership of the IT Executive Director. This office plays a critical role in advancing enterprise architecture, customer relations, communications, and cross-functional alignment across the institution.

It includes the Enterprise Architect function, which serves as the bridge between institutional needs and scalable technology solutions—ensuring that systems and infrastructure are secure, interoperable, and future-ready. The office also manages stakeholder engagement, service communications, and customer success strategies, helping drive a cohesive, transparent, and responsive IT experience for the entire campus community.

Development Operations (DevOps)   

The DevOps unit, manages the administration, integration, and modernization of the college’s core infrastructure. This team ensures the reliable operation of both on-premise and cloud-based systems, including data centers, virtualized environments, and enterprise servers.

Key responsibilities include managing DevOps pipelines, Active Directory, Microsoft services, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Through automation, system orchestration, and performance optimization, DevOps plays a critical role in driving innovation, enhancing system reliability, and supporting secure, scalable technology services across the institution.

Solutions and Access Management

The Solutions and Access Management unit plays a critical role in securing, governing, and coordinating access to institutional data and enterprise applications. This team leads efforts in innovative integration solutions, access control, and technical project support, ensuring proper alignment between data usage and institutional policies.

Key responsibilities include managing application administration and access provisioning for systems such as Ellucian Banner (institutional ERP) and Workday (state ERP), while coordinating integration solutions across platforms. The unit serves as a central hub for overseeing secure access, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating collaboration between IT, administrative offices, and academic stakeholders to ensure compliance, usability, and operational continuity.

Customer Relationship Management Systems, Applications, and Analytics

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems and Applications unit provides enterprise-level system oversight for CRM, analytics, and student engagement platforms, with a strong emphasis on data governance, analytics, and cloud-based computing environments. The team administers and optimizes institutional platforms such as Element 451, Civitas, Degree Works, Ellucian Insights, Power BI, and related analytical tools, ensuring the integrity, availability, and effective use of data to support decision-making across the full student lifecycle. This includes enabling institution-wide reporting, predictive analytics, and insights that inform enrollment, retention, and student success strategies.

Working with DevOps within Azure and other cloud computing environments, the unit supports secure integrations, data pipelines, and analytical workflows that connect CRM systems with enterprise platforms such as the MyCCRI portal (Ellucian Experience), Ellucian Insights, learning management systems (LMS), academic advising tools, and student services applications. In close collaboration with IT Enterprise DevOps and Online Learning, the team ensures accurate, timely, and well-structured data flows into downstream systems, maintaining LMS hierarchy, analytics consistency, and reporting fidelity. Through a focus on scalable architecture, system reliability, and analytics-driven oversight—including emerging AI use cases—the CRM Systems and Applications unit supports institutional accountability, operational insight, and a data-informed approach to student engagement and success.

Databases Management

The Database Management unit is responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of institutional databases across critical applications. This team oversees database upgrades, patching, maintenance, and complex migrations. It also manages application administration for enterprise platforms, ensuring data reliability and availability to support institutional operations. Through close collaboration with other IT units, this group plays a key role in backend infrastructure, system integration, and disaster recovery planning.

Programming and Analytics - Student Areas

This unit focuses on supporting and developing enterprise applications and data reporting in alignment with student-facing operations. The team manages ERP platforms including Ellucian Banner, as well as reporting tools such as Argos, Ellucian Insights, and other SaaS applications. Areas supported include Admissions, Registrar, Student Services, Academic Affairs, Institutional Research, Workforce, and Financial Aid. The unit works closely with stakeholders to deliver automation, analytics, and system enhancements that improve the student experience and operational efficiency.

Programming and Analytics - Employee Areas 

This unit leads the development and support of ERP and analytics systems across employee-focused administrative operations. Supporting platforms include Ellucian Banner, Workday, Argos, Insights, and other SaaS-based tools. Core functional areas include Human Resources, Payroll, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budget, and Finance. The team provides data-driven solutions and integrations that enable process optimization, compliance, and enterprise-wide decision-making aligned with institutional goals.
