The IT Enterprise Systems team plays a crucial role in supporting the college’s core
information systems, including the Ellucian Banner ERP, the Ellucian Experience-powered
portal, CRM, LMS, and various other SaaS, iPaaS, and on-premise solutions. Our team
is dedicated to advanced technical work, encompassing development, programming, solutions,
maintenance, and analytical support, ensuring the seamless operation of these systems.
We manage critical enterprise services, including on-prem and cloud infrastructure,
data center, servers, enterprise security permissions, databases, standard and emergency
change management, and facilitate integrations with both internal and external systems.
Additionally, we oversee enterprise project management, handle software contracts,
reporting tools, numerous software and web services, and support the deployment of
new systems and applications that help meet the college's information and business
needs.
To address evolving needs, we assess and implement new software and functionalities,
often by leveraging existing software, developing new reports, or creating custom
solutions. Our approach typically begins with a consultation with an appropriate resource,
leading to follow-up discussions or the submission of a formal service request.
