The Banner Human Resources System supports the management of personnel data, position control and payroll processing. At CCRI, student employees and visiting lecturers are paid through the Banner Human Resources system. State employees are paid through the state payroll system. The Banner Human Resources system provides electronic feeds to both the state system and the Banner Finance system.
The primary users of the Banner Human Resources system are staff in the Human Resources and Payroll offices. New users in these offices who need access to the Banner Human Resources System should complete a New User Account form and the Data Access Authorization Request Form.
Web access to the system is provided to employees through the Employees tab in MyCCRI. Currently, non-classified employees can view their leave balances and submit leave requests and leave reports for online approval by their supervisors.
