Campus Climate Survey
Please find the results of the 2024 CCRI Campus Climate Survey, along with follow-up in-depth interviews conducted to deepen our understanding of the community’s experiences. The Campus Climate Survey was administered in October 2024 and the follow up Climate Analysis was administered in March 2025 in partnership with a third party research firm Hanover Research in order to ensure employee feedback was 100% anonymous. The survey was distributed to all CCRI faculty and staff in alignment with our strategic plan to strength institutional effectiveness.
As part of our commitment to protecting anonymity, we removed all quotes from the campus climate survey and analysis that could potentially reveal an individual’s identity. The materials below are available for members of the college and the broader community to review as part of our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. By openly sharing these findings, CCRI aims to foster dialogue, inform strategic action, and ensure that every step forward is grounded in data and the voices of those who learn, work, and grow here.
