Bio

I am Monica Ferris, your Student Success Coach. I look forward to meeting you.  I started my own academic journey at a community college, then transferred to pursue a four-year degree and later a master’s degree.

With over 10 years of advising at CCRI, we will work together to choose a major, select courses, transfer to a four-year institution (if you're interested), and balance your coursework with your other responsibilities. I’m here to help you reach your dreams and goals.

As your Student Success Coach, I offer several ways to connect, including Virtual Drop-ins, On-campus Walk-ins, and Booked appointments (both virtual and on-campus) to fit your needs.

My educational background includes an MA in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, a BA in General Studies from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ, and an AA in General Studies from Mesa Community College in Mesa, AZ.
