Article IIX: Interpretation and Revision

  1. Any question of interpretation regarding the Student Conduct Code shall be referred to the Dean of Students Office.

  2. The Student Conduct Code shall be reviewed every three years under the direction of the Dean of Students.

  3. Updates to remain compliant with state and federal regulations and laws shall occur annually.

  4. All changes will be reviewed by the Student Advisory Council before final approval by general counsel and the President’s Council.
