Writing Center Job Opportunities

Paid peer tutor positions sometimes are available in the CCRI Writing Centers. All of these positions look great on a resume! Plus, helping other students to improve their writing is one of the best ways to enhance one's own communication and collaborative skills, both of which are needed to be successful in college courses, in a career, and in our daily interactions with others.

Peer Tutor Positions

These paid peer tutoring positions are really great ways to help other students, as well as to enhance one's own skills. Potential peer tutors need to have completed Composition I with a grade of "B" or higher and have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
