MyCCRI User Accounts
Login Information
Accounts are generated for all new faculty, staff and student members. Each individual is assigned login credentials consisting of a Username and CCRI ID Number. The account is then given a default password.
To find your Username and your CCRI ID number click on Find Your Username under Helpful Links.
Default Password
The default password uses a combination of the Username and CCRI ID Number in the following format: the first three letters of your Username (first letter capitalized) followed by an underscore (_) and the last four numbers of your CCRI ID Number (e.g. Jdo_1234).
Change Password
It is highly recommended that faculty, staff and students change their password from the default password in order to protect themselves from identity theft, fraud or privacy invasion. Please create a password that is a minimum of eight characters long, consisting of uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number. Using any part of your name in your password is not recommended.

Username Corrections / Changes
Username correction and changes are processed before semester start to avoid issues and interruptions with course work and grades. Students must correct and/or change their name with Enrollment Services and fill out the Username Change Request Form. Faculty and Staff must correct and/or change their name with Human Resources and fill out the Username Change Request Form.
