Laptop Cart

Laptops in the classroom are used to enhance student engagement and efficiency through digital note-taking, interactive research, collaborative group work, and multimedia presentations. Faculty can reserve a laptop cart as an alternative to reserving an Electronic Classroom. (Printing is unavailable.)

Please note: When requesting, faculty must specify the quantity needed.

Document Camera

A document camera (or visualizer) is a real-time image capture device featuring a camera on an adjustable arm, used to project, display, or digitize documents, 3D objects, and live demonstrations to a large audience.

PowerPoint Presenter Remote

A PowerPoint presentation remote (or clicker) is a handheld wireless device used to advance slides and highlight key points during a presentation, allowing the speaker to move freely up to 50 feet away from their computer. It typically includes a laser pointer and plugs directly into a USB port for instant, driver-free setup.

USB Webcams & USB Microphones

USB Webcams and USB Microphones in classrooms facilitate hybrid learning, remote instruction, and interactive engagement by connecting in-person and virtual students or guest-speakers, as well as aiding with virtual ASL Interpreter needs.

USB Webcams and USB Microphones are primarily used for live video conferencing (Webex/Zoom/Teams) and recording lectures (VoiceThread/Collaborate).
