Lindsay L. Millerick

Bio

Hello students and families! I am a fellow Rhode Islander with a mission to serve the students enrolled at the Community College of Rhode Island. As a student development counselor, I aim to support students in accomplishing their academic and professional goals. I am here to assist with course selection, transfer plans, financial aid appeals, and more. I offer various opportunities to engage with my assigned students including Virtual Drop-ins, On-campus Walk-ins, and Booked appointments (virtual and on-campus).

I graduated from The University of Rhode Island in 2015 where I earned a BA in Psychology and was granted an “Outstanding Contribution to Psychology” Award. I continued my education at Assumption University where I earned a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology. I have been certified by the RI Department of Health as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). My experience in the mental health field has focused primarily on providing services to adolescents and young adults. In my spare time you can find me playing softball or crafting.
