Congrats, Knights!
On Thursday, May 15, 2025, the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) celebrated
a milestone achievement: its 60th Commencement Ceremony. Held at the Amica Mutual
Pavilion, the event marked the culmination of CCRI’s year-long diamond anniversary
celebration and was a stirring tribute to six decades of transformation, opportunity,
and achievement for Rhode Islanders.
More than 1,000 graduates crossed the stage to receive their degrees and certificates,
cheered on by over 5,000 family members, friends, faculty, and alumni in a day filled
with pride, emotion, and inspiration.

During the ceremony, our graduates will have had a photo taken of them by GradImages. Graduates will be notified immediately by email when these photos are available (typically
within 2 weeks of the event). Graduates can also search for their images by going
to gradimages.com (link) and searching their LAST NAME + SCHOOL + GRADUATION YEAR,
but results will only show once those emails are out when the images are released.

Honors Cord
If you weren't able to attend the ceremony but would still like to pick up an Honors Cord (if eligible) please visit the One Stop Desk at the Knight Campus before June 1.
Pays to Stay
Pays to Stay --- it certainly did Pay to Stay at the Commencement Event, what an incredible moment
when you all were able to flip your tassel and be welcomed into the Class of 2025!
We had hundreds of students stay for the full ceremony and have selected 25 recipients
of the generous grant provided by CCRI Foundation. Those recipients will be notified
by the email/phone number they provided on the Pays to Stay card.
