Avoid the Drop for Nonpayment


Fall 2024 Full Term & 1st 7-Week Session

To protect your classes from being dropped for nonpayment, you must adhere to the following schedule:

If you registered from: Your bill is due: Courses will be dropped on:
April 8 to July 7, 2024 August 5, 2024 August 7, 2024
July 8 to July 21, 2024 August 30, 2024 September 23, 2024
July 22 to August 4, 2024 August 30, 2024 September 23, 2024
August 5 to August 18, 2024 August 30, 2024 September 23, 2024
August 19 to August 22, 2024 August 30, 2024 September 23, 2024
August 23 to September 9, 2024 Due Upon Registration September 23, 2024

The final drop for nonpayment will occur September 23, 2024 for any other unpaid registrations not previously dropped.

If you have not made payment arrangements to satisfy your bill in full by your billing due date, your schedule will be dropped. Scheduled drop dates are posted above.

If you have changed your schedule since you paid your first bill and still have a current balance, you must make payment arrangements to avoid your schedule from being dropped

Fall 2024 2nd 7-Week Session

To protect your classes from being dropped for nonpayment, you must adhere to the following schedule:

April 8 - October 23, 2024 November 6, 2024 November 18, 2024
October 24 to November 6, 2024 Due Upon Registration November 18, 2024

The final drop for nonpayment will occur November 18, 2024 for any other unpaid registrations not previously dropped.

If you have not made payment arrangements to satisfy your bill in full by your billing due date, your schedule will be dropped. Scheduled drop dates are posted above.

If you have changed your schedule since you paid your first bill and still have a current balance, you must make payment arrangements to avoid your schedule from being dropped

CCRI offers many options to help you pay your tuition on time:

Students who have had their schedule dropped must re-enroll and be prepared to pay tuition and fees in full at the time of registration.

Important Information for Unemployment and Senior Citizen Waivers

Students wishing to use their unemployment or senior citizen waiver as payment may register for classes starting Thursday, August 29, 2024. Waivers will be accepted for the 2nd 7-Week Session, there is no additional Waiver Day scheduled. Anyone using a waiver must submit all paperwork and pay their fees at the time of registration or their courses will be dropped per the above schedule.
