Advising Center staff are committed to assisting all students with academic planning that fits their academic, career, and life goals. Attend a virtual or in-person walk-in session, or, make an appointment today!
New students with no prior college experience will receive advising and registration through the One Stop Student Services office. Once they have chosen a major and first semester registration is completed, they will be assigned an Advisor/Success Coach to assist them throughout their educational journey.
For New StudentsCurrent Students (registered for current and/or previous term) should connect with their assigned Advisor/Success Coach, review any holds on their account in MyCCRI, and register online. Students may connect with their assigned Advisor/Success Coach in-person (on-campus) or virtually by making an appointment in Starfish.
StarfishReturning Students (previous CCRI student who has not attended CCRI in two or more years) are encouraged
to submit a new Admissions Application and then attend a Virtual Drop-in Advising Session to discuss educational plans and goals and to register for courses. Once they have
chosen a major and registered for courses, they will be assigned an Advisor/Success
Coach. Need to reset your MyCCRI password or don't remember your username, visit Forgot login info? for assistance.
Transfer Students (new to CCRI but attended college elsewhere first) are encouraged to attend a Virtual Drop-in Advising Session to discuss educational plans and goals and to register for courses. Once they have chosen a major and registered for courses, they will be assigned an Advisor/Success Coach.
