Maps Are For Everyone

Bring the power and possibilities of digital mapping to your classes. Learn how to make maps with free, user-friendly, and powerful online software and data (ArcGIS Online). Join Emily Burns and Renee Whitford, who will also introduce you to StoryMaps, online presentations that allow you to combine searchable maps with text, photos, video, and more. Find out how to design individual or collaborative mapping projects for yourself and your students. You can make maps within one discipline or across many; you can enhance students’ geographical literacy in any class by adding maps. Come with ideas and we will help you map them.
