July 2024 Application Period
Health Science programs with a Fall/September 2024 class start.
Starting on Monday, July 1, until Wednesday, July 31, the online Performance-Based Health Science application period will be open for health science programs that have a Fall/September 2024 class start. Applications submitted throughout the month of July are treated the same regardless of submission date. Submission of PBHS applications for the July application period begins on Monday, July 1.

August 1 to August 16, 2024 Application Period
Health Science programs with a Fall/September 2024 class start.
Starting on Thursday, August 1, until Friday, August 16, the online Performance-Based
Health Science application period will be open for health science programs that have
a Fall/September 2024 class start. Applications submitted during this period are treated
the same regardless of submission date. Submission of PBHS applications for this application period begins on Thursday, August
1.

August/September 2024 Application Period
Nursing Associate Degree with a Spring/January 2025 Class Start
Starting on Thursday, August 1, until Monday, September 30, the online Performance-Based
Health Science application period will be open for the Nursing Associate Degree program
that has a class start of Spring/January 2025. Applications submitted throughout the
month of August and September are treated the same regardless of submission date.
Submission of Nursing PBHS applications for the August/September application period
begins on Thursday, August 1.

Starting on Thursday, August 1, until Saturday, August 31, the online Performance-Based Health Science application period will be open for the Phlebotomy certificate program that has a Spring/January 2025 class start. Applications submitted throughout the month of August are treated the same regardless of submission date. Submission of PBHS applications for the August application period begins on Thursday, August 1.

The Health Sciences programs have a competitive two-step admissions process requiring successful completion of program requirements before you can submit your PBHS application.
Before applying, check your eligibility to apply status to make sure all requirements have been met and recorded in the PBHS Pre-Admission Points/Status in MyCCRI. When all requirements have been met, you will be eligible to apply to a program.
