The Knights are now 15-2 overall and have won 11 of 12 games dating back to mid-November and remained fourth in this week’s NJCAA poll behind Rochester (1), Owens (2), and Minnesota West (3).

Sophomore center Maggie Schwab (Narragansett, RI) led the charge in Thursday’s win with 26 points on 12-of-16 shooting with 12 rebounds – her 10th double-double of the season. Sophomore guard Elizabeth Bruno (Providence, RI) shot 7-of-11 from the field with 19 points and added eight steals, eight assists, and six rebounds.

Sophomore guard Chloe Rayko (Coventry, RI), the nation’s No. 2-ranked three-point shooter, connected on three three-pointers and finished with 16 points and sophomore guard Michelle Moreno (Providence, RI) scored 13 points off the bench with seven steals and 11 rebounds.

The Knights return Saturday for their final home game of the month at 1 pm against UConn Avery Point, whom they beat earlier this season, at the Warwick Field House before embarking on a four-game road trip.
