What is a Registered Apprenticeship?
A Registered Apprenticeship is a flexible, high quailty career pathway where employers develop their workfore to meet the needs of their business. Registered Apprenticeships are industry-vetted and approved by the U.S Department of Labor.

WAGE INCREASES
Apprenticeship is job! Apprentices earn wage increases as their skills and knowledge increase thoughout the training.
STRUCTURED ON THE JOB LEARNING
Programs provide apprentices with structured on-the-job, hands-on training guided by an experienced mentor.

CCRI's Division of Workforce Partnerships works in close collaboration with industry and business leaders to ensure the college’s offerings are meeting both current and future workforce needs. The division provides Workforce, Adult Education, and Transportation Education programs as well as Career Services and Employer Solutions in service to the Rhode Island community and beyond.
