About
As Interim Vice President for the Division of Workforce Partnerships and Institutional Advancement, Barbara leads strategic initiatives that connect the college with employer partners, develops short-term credential programs, and advances workforce development opportunities that support students and Rhode Island’s economy. Prior to this role, Barbara served as InterimVice President for Academic Affairs.
Nauman joined CCRI in June 2015 as an Assistant Professor in the Business and Professional Studies Department, receiving the college's Teaching Excellence Award in 2017. In 2021, she was appointed the Dean of Business, Science, Technology and Mathematics (BSTM) after previously working as Interim Dean and Interim Assistant Dean of BSTM.
