To assist you in completing your application we request you submit information that applies to you, to the CCRI Office of Enrollment Services.
U.S. Citizen
- Please submit an official copy of your birth certificate, certificate of naturalization, or U.S. passport.

Permanent Resident (Green Card) holder
- Please submit a copy of both sides of your permanent resident card.

Eligible Non-Immigrant VISA
- Please submit a copy of your passport, VISA and I-94 arrival/departure.

Approved for Refugee or Asylum status
- Please submit your I-94 with stamp or printed I-94 with refugee or asylum status approval designation.

Undocumented
- Not a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, and currently do not have a lawful immigration status. Visit the CCRI Residency site and click the Undocumented Students section for information and directions.
