Bio

Martha has many years of teaching experience, both in the public and private school areas, as well as at the collegiate level. She has taught at Gordon College, Barrington College, Bristol Community College, and University of Northern Colorado. She has years of experience as organist/choir director in different situations, including her current job at Phillips Memorial Baptist Church in Cranston, RI. She has many published works to her credit and is the author of The Silver Fox: The Life and Legacy of Russell Saunders. Martha has taught Foundations in Music, Introduction to Music, Music After 1750, and Applied Organ at CCRI since 2003. She is also the piano accompanist for the Chorus, Chamber Singers, Opera Workshop, Voice Class, and Alumni Choir: Coro Amante.
