CCRI – 19 Holyoke – 6

The CCRI bats were alive, looking to bounce back from a difficult weekend. Three Knights hit homeruns, all of which being three-run shots. Exavier Santiago (Bridgeport, CT), Jarrad Grossguth (Coventry, RI) and Austin Davis (Hollywood, FL) went yard and together batted in more than half the team's runs. Asa Nyblom (Wakefield, RI) also highlighted in the game with two doubles.

Taking the mound for the Knights was David Mejia (Pawtucket, RI). Mejia threw well and kept the Cougar bats relatively quiet. The balanced effort saw the Knights over the finish line to a comfortable 19-6 victory as they look forward to their Maryland trip this weekend.

UP NEXT: The CCRI Knights baseball team will travel to Catonsville, MD to take on the Cardinals of the Community College of Baltimore County-Catonsville (CCBC-Catonsville) on Friday, April 27.
