Cisco Spark is a collaborative messaging tool that allows users to communicate on a one to one basis or in groups.

Who can access to Spark?

Any student, staff, and faculty member can sign up for Spark.

How long does it take to get access to Spark?

You will be granted a limited account to Cisco Spark immediately. After 1-2 business days, you will receive an email informing you that your account has been upgraded to a full account. At that point, you will be able to log into Spark using your CCRI username and password.

Where is Spark?

To access Cisco Spark go to: https://web.ciscospark.com/

  1. Enter your CCRI email address and click Next.
  2. You will get a message to “Check your email” and click on the Activation link.
  3. Go to your CCRI email, locate the Cisco Spark email and click the ‘Activate’ link in the message.
  4. Your account will be activated and then you can create a password.
  5. Click on Create Account. The page will then bring you to the Cisco Spark GUI.

If I want to download Spark, what do I need to run Spark?

Spark can run through the web browser, on PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Android devices that meet Cisco Spark requirements. To see these requirements and/or to download Cisco Spark, follow the link below. The download instructions are at the top of the page and the system requirements are at the bottom.
