E-Learning Login Instructions

To gain initial access to the Microsoft E-Learning courses, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to:
  2. Click Sign in
  3. From the Sign in screen, click on Microsoft account
  4. If you have a Microsoft account, enter your login information and click Sign in
  5. If you do not have a Microsoft account, click on Sign up now
  6. On the next screen you will need to enter your information to Create an account.
  7. After entering our information, click the Create account button
  8. After signing up you will receive an email in the account you specified.  Follow the instructions in the email to finish setting up your account.
  9. You will be directed to another webpage. Click OK
  10. You will be prompted to submit your Profile information.  If you wish to submit this information, you may do so.  If not, you can click cancel as it will not affect your registration.
  11. After you click Submit or Cancel, you will be brought back to the Access Code Redemption page. Enter your access code information and your email address.
  12. Go to
  13. Click Sign in, select Microsoft Account. (A pop-up may appear that  reads "If you have an access code, "Click here to redeem it."  Click on the link and enter the access code as well as your CCRI email address and click Submit).
  14. Read the terms of us and the privacy and cookies statement, then click I Accept and Continue
  15. Input your multi-use access code. *Please email the IT Help Desk at to obtain a code for the appropriate e-learning series.* (The code is case sensitive. Be sure to include the dashes and do not enter any spaces.)
  16. You will be prompted to sign-in using a valid Windows Live ID (this will be using your the username and password you will use to access the site each time you log in).
  17. You will receive an email confirming your registration.
  18. From the confirmation email, click the link to complete the email confirmation and activate your courses.
  19. You will be prompted to sign-in using a valid Windows Live ID, once again
  20. A confirmation page will appear indicating that the access code has been accepted (or you may received an error message if the code was not accepted.)
  21. Click the My Learning link to see the list of available courses.
  22. Click on a course title to launch the offering. You will have 12 months from time of launch to finish that course.
