My email account was set up using POP3 on my mail client; will it continue to work this way?

No. Our system supports IMAP and Exchange. If you had configured your email account to use POP3, you will have to reconfigure it to IMAP or Exchange

Will all my mail be lost when the conversion is done?

No. We will not delete or archive any email during the process

Will I be able to continue to use email on my mobile device?

Yes. Email is supported on most all mobile devices. When setting up your account, please reference the IT web site for specific instructions on how to do this. Each device is different. When the conversion is done, you will have to delete and add your account to the device.

Will I need to prepare anything for this conversion?

No. The conversion will take place nights and weekends. This should happen with minimal impact to the end user. If you are using a mobile device for email, you will have to delete and re-add the account.
