CCRI faculty and staff can request classroom technologies and training by completing
the online Equipment Request Form. Please make requests at least two business days in advance.
Please Note: Last minute requests cannot always be served. Necessary equipment, staff and/or set-up time may not be available on short notice. Requests that are submitted on a Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be processed the following business day. All reservations are honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Members of the CCRI community who wish display content on the Video Wall in the Warwick campus’s Great Hall, or who would like to inquire about video production services, should contact the Marketing and Communications department at email@example.com.
Cisco Spark is a collaborative messaging tool that allows users to communicate on a one to one basis or in groups. Spark brings your teams together and makes it easy to keep people and work connected. Securely send messages, share files, and meet face-to-face with anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Cisco Spark will be used in the place of Skype and Spark's associated hardware will be used to upgrade the video conference rooms. For more information please visit the Spark I.T. page or contact the Help Desk.
To reserve the video conference rooms, please contact Cathy Tessier at firstname.lastname@example.org. To arrange for an inter-campus video conference or an orientation to the room, please complete the online Equipment Request Form.
