Step 1

Power Button: Use this button to turn the projector on and off. (To turn off, press the button twice. The image will disappear from the screen, but the fan will continue to run for another two minutes after the projector is turned off).

Step 2

Input Select: Use these buttons to select the input. Press "Computer" to project an image from a PC. Press "Video" to project an image from a VCR or DVD player.

Step 3

Focus: Turn the outer lens to focus the image on the screen.

Step 4

Zoom: Turn the inner lens to make the image larger or smaller.

Step 5

Keystone Correction: Use these buttons to square the image on the screen.

Step 6

Resize: Returns the image to its original size.

Step 7

Volume: Raises or lowers volume (for use with VCR/DVD only).

Step 8

Menu Options: Please contact the Help Desk about making any menu adjustments.

Step 9

Power Light: Green light indicates power is on. Yellow light indicates the projector is in stand-by mode.

Step 10

Bulb Light: This light indicates that the projector bulb is nearing the end of its lamp life and needs to be replaced. Please notify the Help Desk immediately when this light is blinking so that the bulb can be replaced without delay.

Step 11

Temperature Light: This light indicates that the projector is overheating. Please turn the projector off and allow the fan to run, then call the Help Desk for further assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: For classrooms with ceiling-mounted projectors, the image is already sized and focused (steps 2-5).
