The following constitutes CCRI's official holidays. Employees should refer to the appropriate collective bargaining agreement for further explanation regarding eligibility, etc.

• New Year's Day
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• Memorial Day
• Juneteenth
• Independence Day
• Victory Day
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Veterans' Day
• Any day on which a general election of State Officers is held as Election Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• Any day which the Governor may appoint as a holiday.
• Any day, which shall hereafter, be appointed as a holiday by the RI General Assembly.
