Breaking down SOPs

Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are effective tools that every team should have. SOPs can support institutional effectiveness by creating efficiency, delivering quality outcomes, and reducing miscommunication. Participants should be ready to analyze a specific process that could benefit from being standardized and documented. Peter Bardsley from the Office of the President will lead this session. RSVP
